• Spring breakage under normal household use.
• Internal stitching failure due to manufacturing.
• Internal frame upholstery defects.

What's not covered

• Misuse or non-residential use.
• Stains, odors, liquids, or burns.
• Damage from transportation after delivery.
• Removal of the product tag or modifications to the frame.
• Natural wear of fabric or foam over time.

Activation requirements

• Keep the original invoice with the purchase date.
• Do not remove the product tag attached to the mattress.
• Use a flat, size-appropriate bed base.
• Use a mattress protector to safeguard the outer fabric.

How to claim warranty
